Temporary fares

• The discount is applied at the time of regular purchase or recharge.
• To recharge or top up the Bono 30 days and Bono route 4/30 Jove fare cards, the balances of the previous fare must be used up. You cannot recharge while you have an activated or pending activation fare card.
• The discount for the Mobilitat Annual or Gent Major Annual season ticket is applied at the Customer Point of Luceros.
• No exchange is permitted for fare changes, fare card changes or zone changes.
• Once the discount period is finished, the transport tickets acquired since September 1, 2022 until July 31, 2024, they can continue to be used until August 31, 2024, and can be exchanged from September 1 to December 31, 2024.

** In the case of a Mobilitat Anual or Gent Major Annual ticket, the discount corresponding to the reduced fare period that coincides with its validity at the Customer Service Area of Luceros will be applied.

To benefit from the discounts established for Pensioners, Large Families, Single Parents and Educators, as well as to obtain the Gent Major and Mobilitat tickets, it is necessary to have a personalised card issued by FGV. This card can be requested, presenting the required documentation in each case, in our stations and at the Punt del Client (Customer Service Area) in Luceros and its cost is €4. Non-personalised cards will have a cost of €2.

Reactivation fare

¹ Reactivation is only required for the following specific personalised cards in the TRAM d’Alacant network: cards for agreement tickets and cards for applying discounts for large families, single-parent families or foster families.

Discounts

Children under 10 may travel free of charge when accompanied by a person of legal age with a valid FGV ticket. The maximum is two per adult, who must carry the official document proving the age of the minors.

The person who assists a person with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 64% who travels with a validated transportation ticket and requires assistance in their journey may travel free of charge.

TAM Tickets

The Alicante TAM system is made up of the following public transport networks:

• Urban transport network of the municipality of Alicante.
• Intercity road transport network between the municipalities of Alicante, Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Sant Joan d’Alacant, El Campello and Mutxamel.
• TRAM d’Alacant network, exclusively in zone A, which includes all the stops of Lines 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the stops of Line 1 from Luceros to Poble Espanyol (both inclusive).

In the TAM system, the following special conditions apply to the Generalitat’s transport tickets:

• The integrated transport tickets of the TAM system will allow a transfer as long as 60 minutes have not elapsed since the first validation, with the exception of the single ticket, which does not allow transfers. For this purpose, vehicle changes between two lines of the TRAM d’Alacant network within zone A will not be counted as a transfer.

Regularisation ticket

The regularisation ticket is applicable to users who do not have a valid ticket.

Users who are caught without a valid ticket inside the facilities that are accessed by validation or travelling or having travelled in transport vehicles, must acquire a ticket for the regularisation of the trip to formalise the corresponding transport contract, by paying the established fee, in accordance with the provisions of Article 19.1 of Law 6/2011, of April 1, of Mobility of the Valencian Community in relation to what is indicated in Article 103.6 of the same, and this is regardless of other expenses and administrative or other penalties that are legally or judicially established.

For the above purposes, the validity of a transport ticket shall be determined, in addition to its corresponding validation, by the suitability of its use to the modal, zonal, temporal, material and personal scopes it possesses and, in appropriate cases, to the use of the ticket by its holder.

Fares applicable to the TRAM d’Alacant network from Juny 17th 2022, which include the temporary reduction of multi-trip and temporary tickets until 31 July 2024.
