40% Reduction:

• TAM-coordinated tickets (Conselleria): Mobilis Multi-Trip Pass (10 trips).
• TAM-coordinated tickets (Town hall): Bono 30 days.
• TRAM d’Alacant’s own tickets: Bono 10, Bono 30, Gent Major monthly, Gent Major annual, Mobilitat monthly, Mobilitat annual.

50% Reduction:

• TAM-coordinated tickets (Conselleria): Bono Móbilis Jove (30 trips), Bono Móbilis Escolar (30 trips).
• TAM-coordinated tickets (Town hall): Bono Route 4/30 Jove.
• TRAM d’Alacant’s own tickets: Bono 10 Jove.

TAM Travel Tickets

The Alicante TAM system comprises the following public transport networks:

• TAM tickets are valid on the integrated urban and interurban networks and in Zone A of TRAM d’Alacant.
• Zone A of TRAM d’Alacant includes the whole of Lines 2, 3, 4 and 5, and Line 1 between Luceros and Venta Lanuza, including both stops.

The following specific conditions apply to Generalitat travel tickets within the TAM system:

• Integrated tickets allow one transfer within 60 minutes of the first validation, except for single tickets.
• Changing between two TRAM d’Alacant lines within Zone A does not count as a transfer.
• The Móbilis Monthly Pass and Móbilis Jove Monthly passes allow unlimited travel for 30 calendar days from the first validation.
• The Bono Móbilis Escolar pass is available to children aged 5 to 15 and allows a maximum of three top-ups per month.
• Children under 5 may travel free of charge when accompanied by a person holding a valid coordinated TAM travel ticket.

Reduced fares in force from 1 October to 31 December 2026 in the TAM system (Zone A)

Reduced fares in force from 1 October to 31 December 2026 for TRAM d’Alacant’s own tickets

For journeys in Zones B, C, T1, T2, AB, BC or ABC, FGV tickets and passes must be used. Journeys entirely within T1, from Pla Barraques to Costera Pastor, or within T2, from Altea to Benissa, are considered one-zone journeys.

(2) For Mobilitat Anual and Gent Major Anual passes, the discount applicable to the reduced-fare period that overlaps with the pass’s validity will be applied at the Punt del Client at Luceros and the Espai del Client in Dénia.

To qualify for the reduced fares available to Pensioners, Large Families, Single-Parent Families and Educators, and to obtain Gent Major and Mobilitat passes, passengers must hold a personalised card issued by FGV. This card can be requested, upon presentation of the documentation required in each case, at our staffed stations and at the Punt del Client at Luceros and the Espai del Client in Dénia. The cost is €4.40.

• The discount is applied at the time of purchase or during the usual top-up process.
• Before purchasing or topping up a Bono 30 días or Bono Ruta 4/30 Jove pass, any remaining credit under the previous fare scheme must be used up.
• Top-ups are not permitted while a pass is active or awaiting activation.

(4) Supplementary Fare Ticket

The supplementary fare applies to passengers without a valid travel ticket.

The standard fare is €100.00. Immediate payment is subject to an 80% discount, resulting in a charge of €20.00.

Payment within the first 15 calendar days is subject to a 50% discount, resulting in a charge of €50.00.

From day 16 to day 30, the full amount of €100.00 must be paid.

Passengers found without a valid travel ticket inside facilities requiring ticket validation for access, or travelling, or having travelled, on transport vehicles must purchase a supplementary fare ticket in order to formalise the relevant contract of carriage by paying the applicable fare. This is in accordance with Article 19.1 of Law 6/2011 of 1 April on Mobility in the Valencian Community, in conjunction with Article 103.6 thereof, and is without prejudice to any other costs or administrative or other penalties that may be imposed by law or by a court.

TRAM d’Alacant card and ticket media fares

(5) Reactivation is only required for the following specific personalised cards in the TRAM d’Alacant network: cards for agreement tickets and cards for applying discounts for large families, single-parent families or foster families.

• Expiry: 5 years for PVC TSCs and 3 years for cardboard TSCs.
• Warranty: 5 years for PVC TSCs and 1 year for cardboard TSCs, except in cases of improper use or storage.
• Replacement personalised or anonymous registered cards lost, stolen or unlawfully taken require payment for the new card.

Discounts

• Large or single-parent families: 20% for the general category and 50% for the special category, on the applicable tickets and passes.
• Foster families: 10% on the Bono 30, which may be combined, under the applicable conditions, with the reduction for large or single-parent families.
• Young people under 31: 15% on the Bono 10 when using the specific TSC.
• Pensioners and people over 65: 50% on Single and Return tickets, subject to the applicable minimum fare.
• Up to two children under 10 may travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult holding a valid travel ticket.
• An accompanying person may travel free of charge when accompanying a person with a disability of 64% or more who holds a valid travel ticket and requires assistance.
