New TAM System and Zone A TRAM d’Alacant Tickets and Fares

TAM tickets and passes allow travel on the integrated urban and interurban networks and in Zone A of TRAM d’Alacant.

Zone A of TRAM d’Alacant includes the whole of Lines 2, 3, 4 and 5, and Line 1 from Luceros to Venta Lanuza, including both stations.

Fares applicable from 1 October 2026.

TAM System Tickets and Fares (Zone A)

(1) No longer available for purchase from 31 December 2026

Main travel conditions

• Integrated tickets and passes allow one transfer within 60 minutes of the first validation, except for the single ticket.
• Changes between two TRAM d’Alacant lines within Zone A do not count as a transfer.
• The Monthly Pass and Jove Monthly Pass allow unlimited travel for 30 calendar days from the first validation.
• The Móbilis Escolar Pass is intended for people aged 5 to 15 and allows a maximum of three top-ups per month.
• Children under 5 years of age may travel free of charge when accompanied by a person holding a valid TAM (coordinated) travel ticket.

TAM card and ticket media fares

TRAM d’Alacant Network Tickets and Fares

For journeys in Zones B, C, T1, T2, AB, BC or ABC, FGV tickets and passes must be used. Journeys entirely within T1, from Pla Barraques to Costera Pastor, or within T2, from Altea to Benissa, are considered one-zone journeys.

(2) The fare indicated is per journey. Transport pass for a minimum of 10 people.

All fares include taxes and compulsory passenger insurance. The fare for the Group Ticket applies per journey and to each person required to pay.

To obtain Gent Major and Mobilitat tickets and passes, passengers must hold a personalised card issued by FGV. This card can be requested, upon presentation of the documentation required in each case, at our staffed stations at the Punt del Client at Luceros and at the Dénia customer area. The cost is €4.40.

(3) Supplementary fare

The supplementary fare applies to passengers without a valid travel ticket.

The standard fare is €100.00. Immediate payment is subject to an 80% discount, resulting in a charge of €20.00.

Payment within the first 15 calendar days is subject to a 50% discount, resulting in a charge of €50.00.

From day 16 to day 30, the full amount of €100.00 must be paid.

Passengers found without a valid travel ticket inside facilities requiring ticket validation for access, or travelling, or having travelled, on transport vehicles must purchase a supplementary fare ticket in order to formalise the relevant contract of carriage by paying the applicable fare. This is in accordance with Article 19.1 of Law 6/2011 of 1 April on Mobility in the Valencian Community, in conjunction with Article 103.6 thereof, and is without prejudice to any other costs or administrative or other penalties that may be imposed by law or by a court.

TRAM d’Alacant card and ticket media fares

(4) Reactivation is only required for the following specific personalised cards in the TRAM d’Alacant network: cards for agreement tickets and cards for applying discounts for large families, single-parent families or foster families.

• Expiry: 5 years for PVC TSCs and 3 years for cardboard TSCs.
• Warranty: 5 years for PVC TSCs and 1 year for cardboard TSCs, except in cases of improper use or storage.
• Replacement personalised or anonymous registered cards lost, stolen or unlawfully taken require payment for the new card.

Discounts

• Large or single-parent families: 20% for the general category and 50% for the special category, on the applicable tickets and passes.
• Foster families: 10% on the Bono 30, which may be combined, under the applicable conditions, with the reduction for large or single-parent families.
• Young people under 31: 15% on the Bono 10 when using the specific TSC.
• Pensioners and people over 65: 50% on Single and Return tickets, subject to the applicable minimum fare.
• Up to two children under 10 may travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult holding a valid travel ticket.
• An accompanying person may travel free of charge when accompanying a person with a disability of 64% or more who holds a valid travel ticket and requires assistance.

Conditions of use, exchange, top-up and incident resolution for both systems (TRAM d’Alacant tickets and passes and the TAM system)

General exchange

• The sale of transport tickets and passes at the previous fares will end on 30 September 2026.
• From 1 October 2026, transport tickets and passes will be sold at the fares established in this Order.
• Transport tickets and passes purchased at the previous fares may be used until 31 October 2026.
• Between 1 October and 31 December 2026, unused tickets and passes purchased at the previous fares may be exchanged for an equivalent ticket or pass at the fare established in this Order, upon payment of the applicable difference.
• The Bono Móbilis Jove (30 journeys) is subject to specific exchange arrangements.

Specific exchange arrangements for the Bono Móbilis Jove (30 journeys) in the TAM system

• The «Bono Móbilis Jove (30 journeys)» will no longer be available for purchase from 31 December 2026.
• However, tickets and passes purchased before that date may be used until 31 January 2027.
• Between 1 January and 31 March 2027, unused tickets and passes purchased before that date may be exchanged for the «Abono Móbilis Mensual Jove» at the fare established in this Order, upon payment of the applicable difference, under the conditions determined by the Directorate-General responsible for land transport.

Resolving issues with Móbilis30 cards

Lost or stolen card. This will require a new application via the Generalitat’s Sigapunt website, and the person concerned will receive their new card at their home address. The lost card will be automatically cancelled when the new card is issued.

Faulty card. If the card has been rendered unusable due to misuse, or if it was issued more than one year ago, the same procedure as for a lost or stolen card will apply. If the card is not working, is in perfect condition and was issued less than one year ago, the cardholder must send an email to atmv.fraude@gva.es, stating the card number and customer number. A new card will automatically be sent to their home address.
