TRAM d’Alacant has a customer area at Luceros station and a customer kiosk where the following services, among others, can be performed or attended:

  • General information: Schedules, rates, routes and, in general, any type of information of interest.
  • Management of own cards: Registration, duplication, restoration, renovation of large family / single parent.
  • Management of suggestions, claims and incidents for operations carried out in automatic machines.
  • Management and collection of supplements.
  • Exculpatory in case of train delays.
  • Invoice request
  • Questions on contactless cards.
  • Lost and found collection. Lost and found are collected at the Punt del Client in Luceros, at Luceros, Mercado, Benidorm and Dénia stations.

  • Weekdays: from 07:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: from 9:30 a.m to 5:25 p.m.

  • Working days and Saturdays: From 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
    • 8 and 15 June: Extended telephone service from 22:30 to 3:30.
    • From 20 to 24 June: Uninterrupted service.
    • 25 to 29 June: Extended telephone service from 22:30 to 2:30.
    • On Fridays, on Saturdays in July and August and the evening of 14 August, the service is uninterrupted.
  • Sundays and and Bank Holidays: From 8:10 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
