Go sightseeing with TRAM d’Alacant

The province of Alicante is a tourist destination for thousands of people throughout the year. From north to south, on the coast and inland, it offers thousands of alternatives to enjoy its many attractions.

Popular festivals, beaches, charming cities and towns, and traditional and avant-garde gastronomy are some of the possibilities offered by Alicante.

TRAM d’Alacant offers a modern tram, train-TRAM and railroad network that connects Alicante with Dénia but that crosses attractive towns such as the city of Alicante, El Campello, La Vila Joiosa, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, Benissa or Dénia.

The current TRAM d’Alacant line is based on the line that was launched in the early twentieth century between Alicante and Denia and runs along the Costa Blanca, crossing the regions of l’Alacantí and the Marinas Baixa and Alta.

The route in many sections near the coast also goes through inland and mountain areas, offering unique landscapes to the passage of the train.

From the centre of Alicante, at Luceros station you can reach Benidorm in just over an hour, while from this tourist city par excellence you can continue to Dénia, in a trip that brings us closer to such attractive places as Altea or Dénia.
